Coming to this site for the first time, I was impressed with the way things were organized and the sheer volume of products that were offered. For each specific item, there is a wealth of information provided. Not just one photograph, but several images, diagrams and descriptions that give you a lot of insight into potential purchases. Consumers have the option to shop by manufacturer, category, or price, and you can manipulate the list however you like, such as ranking products by relevancy, brand name, product name, etc. Although other retailers provide these features, TigerDirect.com was the easiest to figure out and use. Most retailers’ categories take a few minutes to understand and browse through, but TigerDirect.com was very convenient. TigerDirect is very customer driven and tries to offer the best prices possible. In light of that, they have a policy where they will match any nationally advertised printed mass circulation price on the same in-stock items/offers. Show them the published price and they will match it with credit good for anything they sell. Unfortunately, the headset selection at TigerDirect.com is poor. Headsets are hard to find since simply searching “headsets” directs consumers to headphones as well. We even found a TV listed in our product results. Although TigerDirect.com is well organized at first glance and easy to navigate, they should probably consider improving their search feature and add more headsets to their retail list, as well.
