Searching isn't very efficient at TechDepot.com. We found too many irrelevant products every now and again when sifting through headsets.
The Verdict
ech Depot sells a fair amount of headset accessories in addition to headsets. Customers may also choose from a selection of "Refurbished" or returned items that have been tested. Searching the website for headsets can be a little difficult at times.
Office Depot prides itself on being “the world’s largest seller of office supplies and services” and its subsidiary Tech Depot holds true to this mantra. Tech Depot is a veritable superstore of tech related items. From computers to electronics to toner, they have pretty much everything. They offer a 30-day return policy on items. Although you won’t encounter restocking fees, opened software and discontinued items aren’t returnable. Financing options are available, and Tech Depot accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Office Depot credit cards in addition to checks, wire transfers and money orders. You can make purchases over the telephone or online, it’s up to you. Presales customer service is available through both methods of ordering. Tech Depot even has a newsletter to update customers on the latest deals. The Office Depot credit card is an added bonus, since it carries no annual fee. Searching headsets wasn’t very efficient at TechDepot.com. Search results turned up irrelevant products, which made looking for headset products a bit difficult. Headsets brands include Logitech, Cyber Acoustics, Plantronics, Anixter, Motorola and many more. Interestingly, this retailer also sells Motorola eyewear headset products (sunglasses with a Bluetooth headset attached), an item we didn’t find on other websites.
