Return policies vary by product and you may find yourself overwhelmed with all the options if you’re not yet sure what you’re looking for.
The Verdict
NewEgg.com is one of the best headset retailers we’ve come across. They provide a sleek, clean website and products are very easy to locate. All the information you need for each product is right before your eyes. Make sure to read up on the customer reviews before making any quick decisions!
With its headquarters located in City of Industry, California, NewEgg.com launched in 2001 and within its first six years, raked in an astonishing $1.5 billion in annual sales. For that reason, NewEgg.com has made it onto Inc. Magazine’s America’s 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Currently, it has over 7.5 million registered shoppers. It’s no wonder whether or not this retailer will continue to grow.
NewEgg.com sells thousands and thousands of computer hardware and software products, electronics, and communications products. Astonishingly, they’re able to ship 99% of products within the same day they’re ordered online!
We were surprised to find a headset selection as extensive as we did at NewEgg.com. Within a second the website compiled a list of well over 600 headset options to choose from. We found gaming headsets, wireless Bluetooths, computer headsets, professional/office headsets, Plantronics/GN Netcom, and so much more. Our options were endless. We were very pleased with the overall setup of the website. The design was sleek and very efficient. Each product included customer reviews and technical specifications, so consumers know exactly what they’re getting. The return and rebates policies were conveniently listed on each product page. Customers are easily and conveniently told what the return and exchange policies are for each product. No fine print, no annoying paragraphs upon paragraphs; only what you need to know.
Customers also have a convenient Bill Me Later option, which allows you to not make any payments for 90 days on purchases over $250, or no payments for 6 months on purchases over $500. Also, NewEgg.com has an extensive rebate center, combo deals, open box deals, and a clearance center with a category specifically for headphones/headsets.
While most retailers of electronics sell headsets, their selections aren’t nearly as extensive as the one we found at NewEgg.com, nor is information as easy to find. We were very satisfied with this retailer, as we’re sure you will be, as well.
