HeadsetInnovations.com claims it is “The web’s most popular headset store;” however, we found this hard to believe. The headsets sold by this retailer are better suited for the offices, and maybe even homes, but not at all for the mobile phone user. Headset Innovations sells wireless office headsets, headsets for telephones, computers, headset amplifiers, and headset parts and accessories. We didn’t find any wireless Bluetooth headsets at all. In addition, most headsets were Plantronics. We found very little variation in brands. We did, however, find headsets for Nortel Meridian 3900 (M3900) Series Digital Telephones and Plantronics Cisco IP Telephone Direct Connect Headset Solutions – which you’re less likely to find at your average retailer.

For returns, you’ll need to return the item exactly how you found it – with the original packaging. You’ll have to contact the customer service department to receive a RMA number (return authorization number). Unless the item is returned in new condition with 30 days of receipt and you’ve included the invoice or a short note explaining the motive to your returning the item, you won’t receive a refund.
We also noted that even though there’s a “Hacker Safe” logo on the left side, the website didn’t look very safe or even professional, for that matter. This may be something you’d like to consider when purchasing via the internet.
