The Good
Their stores are said to be quite pleasing, with various rooms set up like they would be in a home, featuring different home theatre systems and products. Their return policy seems to be hassle free.
The Bad
Their headset product selection is very minimal. Also, Electronics Expo doesn't believe in price-match.
The Verdict
A quality retailer established just a few short years ago. Their team of employees are knowledgeable and just a phone call away. However, their current headset selection is extremely minimal.
You may not be familiar with Electronics Expo, and that’s because this retailer was established only a few years ago (2004). Already, this company has proved itself with its 2007 Consumer Electronics Daily News Dynamic Growth Award and its 2006 Audio/Video International Magazine Retailer of the Year award. The company’s President and CEO is Leon Temiz, a name you may be familiar as he’s the co-founder of Sixth Avenue Electronics. Currently, the company has six locations within the state of New Jersey: Paramus, Succasunna, Woodbridge, Raritan, East Brunswick, and Wayne.
The company’s gained recognition for its intricate in-store product displays. Customers are urged to come in and use products in atmospheres that resemble that of their homes. Electronics Expo techies are always standing by to assist customers with whatever questions and concerns they may have.
This retailer offers a good selection of home entertainment systems, but we can’t say the same about their headset selection. Our search results only turned up a few measly items. The brands offered are Motorola, Jabra, and.. well, that’s actually just it. Fortunately, they were all in stock and ready to ship out within a day or two. Also, their return policy seemed rather decent. If you’re not satisfied with your product, simply return it (with all its contents) and write your Return Authorization number legibly on the shipping box.
If you had your heart set on this retailer for some reason (maybe you’ve had a good experience with them), we suggest you don’t check ‘em off your list of headset dealers just yet. The company is still new and plans to expand a great deal throughout New Jersey. We can only anticipate their selections will grow, too.
