When you type the word "headset" in BestBuy.com's search field, you'll find that plenty of options appear before your eyes. Don't get excited - most of what turns up isn’t what you’re probably looking for. The website isn’t the easiest to navigate, especially when you type into the search field something as broad as “headsets.” We found ourselves in too many categories. Once we got the hang of how things work at BestBuy.com, we found a few gaming headsets, landline telephone headsets, cell phone headsets, Bluetooth headsets, etc. The choice range wasn’t small, but it wasn’t completely satisfying, either. However, Best Buy offers 20% on many cell phone accessories. They also offer 'free shipping' on select portable electronics and the site allows you to track your purchase and shipment. When it comes to returns and refunds, the retailer requires that purchases are in their original packing and that customers have their original receipt and a form of identification. Returns can either be done in a Best Buy store or via mail. If you were to choose the latter, customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges, unless otherwise indicated and there are no online merchandise exchanges. You’re better off going to a Best Buy near you and exchanging the product in person to avoid expensive shipping fees. Defective items will be repaired or exchanged at their discretion for the same or the manufacturer's equivalent model only.
