The Good

The Jabra BT8010 comes with a standard mono earpiece as well as a second earpiece that allows the user to switch from phone to streaming music mode. DSP technology reduces background noise while the auto-pairing feature connects multiple devices with ease. It even features a jog-wheel for easy navigation.

The Bad

The ear clips on the Jabra BT8010 do not fit securely behind the ear. That makes the plastic earpiece very difficult to wear. Also, when connected to multiple devices, it often loses its signal, forcing the user to turn off the device in order to reconnect.
