Aliph
Maker of such well known products as the jawbone headsets, Aliph produces innovative communication devices designed to (you guessed it) sit right above your jawbone.
Aliph was developed in 1999 by two Stanford undergrads devoted to creating noise free headsets. Since 2002 the company has used DARPA to increase their products abilities in noisy conditions. The Jawbone headset, the first adaptve Bluetooth headset, premiered in 2004 and since then, has taken over the ears of many in the business world. Its unique development not only omits noise, but identifies your voice as well as enhances incoming audio by adapting to whatever environment you are in automatically.
Aliph is funded by the Mayfield Fund as well as by private investors.
